We produce our pine finger joint boards using high-quality Radiata Pine raw lumber. The wood goes through accurate kiln drying before finger jointing and hot pressing with low-emission glue. This finger joint method joins shorter wood pieces into full-length solid panels. It helps cut down warping and cracking issues often seen in single solid planks, while keeping the natural grain and real wood look.

- Improved stability: The interlocking finger joints plus kiln-dried timber maintain steady moisture levels, effectively reducing twisting, bending and splitting.
- Simple processing: Pine has medium hardness and holds nails and screws well. Pre-sanded smooth surfaces can be directly stained, varnished, painted or treated with wood oil.
- Environmentally safe: Bonded with E0 low-formaldehyde adhesive. SGS certification is available to meet EU and US market requirements.
