Q: What is the moisture content of your boards, and are they prone to deformation?
A: The finished product has a moisture content of 8-12%, and kiln drying is used to release internal wood stress; the probability of deformation under normal indoor environmental conditions is low. For extremely humid environments, it is recommended that the customer apply a protective paint coating.
Q: Is there a large color difference between different batches?
A: Natural wood will have slight color differences; we use fixed sources for our raw materials and try our best to use the same batch of logs for the same order to reduce color variation.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Regular orders start from 5CBM, and small sample orders are supported for quality testing.
Q: Can you provide the certificates?
A: The E0 test report can be provided with the order, and the FSC certificate can be processed upon request.
