1. What do you sell?
Our factory produces finished pine solid wood wall panels. We only sell the fully processed finished wall panels. The panel shapes can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
II. Product Specifications
The thickness of the sheet ranges from 6 to 30 mm. The width and length can be customized as per requirements. The sheet is divided into three quality grades: AA, AB, and BC. The joints use E0 and E1 joint adhesives. The moisture content of the finished product is uniformly controlled within 8% - 12%. The surface of the sheet can be selected as an unpolished raw material surface or a finely sanded and smooth surface. Standard sizes are always available in stock for long-term supply.
III. Processing Procedure
The raw materials are selected from carefully screened pine planks. The wood with insect holes, large-scale knots, and cracked areas are removed in advance. The raw materials are sent to a professional drying kiln for constant temperature drying, ensuring stable control of the wood moisture content. After drying, the edges are smoothed and slots are milled, and the pieces are assembled and shaped by precision equipment. Finally, double-sided sanding and polishing are carried out as per requirements, and all processes are standardized through a production line.
IV. Product Quality Performance
The process of raw material selection combined with dry control of humidity in the kiln ensures uniform moisture content of the boards. During subsequent stacking, installation and usage, warping, cracking, and deformation are less likely to occur. The internal texture structure of the pine wood is uniform, making it less prone to edge cracking and debris falling off during cutting, slotting, sanding, and painting processes, thereby reducing processing losses in the factory.
