Production Process of Pine Finger Jointed Wood Board

Raw material sorting, Pine timber is cut into short strips. Crack, knot and decayed parts are removed- Four‑side planing, Short strips are planed on all four sides for flat surface- Finger joint tenon milling, Finger profiles are milled on both ends of each strip

Glue application, Eco‑friendly wood glue is applied on finger joints- Finger joint pressing, Short strips are joined and pressed into long solid strips.

Conditioning rest, Long strips are stacked for glue full curing- Panel gluing & pressing, Multiple long strips are assembled and pressed into full size panels-Second conditioning, Panels are stacked to balance moisture content and minimize warping- Second conditioning, Panels are stacked to balance moisture content and minimize warping- Double sided sanding, Panels are sanded to reach precise thickness and smooth surface- Cut to size, Cut panels into required finished dimensions- Quality inspection & packing, Check surface defects and dimension tolerance, grade and pack goods.
