Standard Export Packing Details
Pallet Base Goods are stacked firmly plywood pallets. Pallet size matches board dimension, no overhang of panels. Max stack height approx. 1000mm per pallet for safe forklift operation.
Corner Protection L‑shape cardboard edge protectors are fitted on all four vertical corners of each stack, to avoid edge chipping and strapping damage during sea transportation.
Strapping Each pallet is tightly secured by steel / PET plastic strapping, both crosswise and lengthwise, to prevent shifting in container during ocean transit.
Moisture & Dust Protection Whole pallet is fully wrapped with multi‑layer PE stretch film, for moisture‑proof and dust‑proof purpose against container condensation and sea‑humidity.
Marking & Shipping Mark Each pallet is printed/stickered with clear marks including: product name, size, thickness, grade, quantity per pallet, net weight, gross weight, measurement, shipping mark, Made‑in‑China. Custom labels are acceptable upon customer's request.
Loading Pallets will be tightly loaded inside FCL container, no loose space to minimize movement.

Production Process
Main production process steps of Pine Wood Boards：
1,Raw material pretreatment: select pine logs and cut them into Flat noodles of specifications, remove defects such as decay and knots, and control the initial moisture content.
2,Drying and Health Preservation: Kiln drying reduces the moisture content to 8% -12%, followed by health preservation for several days to weeks in an environment of 20 ℃ and 60% -70% humidity, releasing internal stress and preventing cracking.
3,Finishing and forming: six sides of Flat noodles are planed through four side planing to ensure accurate size and smooth surface; If extension is required, use a comb tooth machine to process finger tenons (finger joint process) or directly trim the edges (straight splicing process).
4,Coating and splicing: Apply environmentally friendly adhesive evenly on the splicing surface; The finger joint adopts longitudinal tooth joint, and the splicing adopts transverse side bonding.
5,Pressure curing: First, cold press to preliminarily shape (about 30-2 hours), then hot press (120-160 ℃) to fully cure the adhesive and ensure bonding strength.
6,Post processing: Apply coarse sand and fine sand to the surface of the board to eliminate height differences; Automatic edge cutting saw to cut to standard size (such as 2440 × 1220mm).
7,Inspection grading: Check moisture content, bonding strength, appearance defects, and formaldehyde emissions (according to GB/T 39600-2021 grading), and package qualified products for storage.
