Carbonized poplar wood
After undergoing high-temperature carbonization heat treatment, the internal structure of the board becomes more stable; it is less prone to deformation or warping in environments with fluctuating temperature and humidity, and offers superior resistance to decay and mold compared to standard poplar boards.
Carbonization naturally produces a uniform, warm, and mellow brown wood grain; without the need for complex staining, the wood reveals a natural texture simply through sanding and varnishing, thereby eliminating numerous downstream processing steps.
The boards retain the inherent lightweight nature of poplar wood and are easy to cut, drill, and sand, making them ideal for the production of wooden crafts and decorative panels.
High-temperature processing reduces the internal moisture content of the boards and effectively minimizes the wood's natural odor; offering superior eco-friendly properties, the material is suitable for indoor applications such as interior decoration and furniture substrates.
The board has been finely sanded to achieve a smooth, even surface with excellent coating adhesion; whether finished with clear varnish or hardwax oil, the final result is clean and aesthetically pleasing.
