Production process
First, we select the logs. We choose those without insect holes, cracks, or irregular wood grain. Then we sort the logs into categories, remove the outer bark. Next, we use a cutting machine to cut the logs into small rough boards.
The freshly cut wooden blanks are neatly placed in the drying area. They can be dried naturally or through a machine kiln. This process reduces the moisture content of the wood to prevent the wooden panels from getting damp, swelling, cracking or bending later, thus ensuring the quality of the wood.
Joining of wooden strips and rough processing for shaping.
The short wooden strips are joined together using a panel joining machine to lengthen them and form a large block of woodboard blanks. Then, the warped wood boards are straightened and smoothed, and the excess rough edges on the four sides are trimmed. The length and width dimensions are adjusted.
Remove burrs and smooth the surface.
Manually remove the burrs, cracks and depressions on the edges of the wooden board. Sand both the front and back sides of the board in several passes, switching from coarse to fine sanding to remove the saw marks and unevenness. The surface of the board is smoothed and leveled to meet the appearance and usage requirements.
Inspection, sorting, packaging and protection
The workers inspect each board one by one for thickness, surface blemishes, color differences, joint gaps and flatness, and then classify them as qualified or defective products.
After storage in the warehouse, pack and ship
Arrange the goods neatly into the containers according to the loading plan, secure the goods firmly, and then ship them by sea to overseas customers.
