It retains the natural lightweight and delicate grain of paulownia wood while greatly optimizing the wood's durability and practicability, making it far more suitable for refined decoration, craft production and customized wood processing than regular boards.
The core advantage of our products lies in precise high-temperature carbonization treatment. We adopt professional closed kiln high-temperature carbonization technology to fully remove internal moisture and residual volatile substances of paulownia wood.
Strict production control keeps the final moisture content of the boards below 6%. Super low moisture effectively solves the common problems of solid wood such as warping, cracking and mildew caused by humidity changes, ensuring stable wood performance during long-distance transportation and long-term use.
We focus on ultra-fine surface processing to deliver superior board texture. All carbonized paulownia boards are polished repeatedly by 180-mesh professional sanding machines. The fine sanding process completely removes surface burrs, tool marks and uneven blemishes, presenting an ultra-smooth, flat and delicate board surface.
The polished wood grain is clear and three-dimensional, with no rough texture. It creates an excellent base for subsequent painting, pasting and fine processing, and can also be used directly for finished decorative products.
To further enhance surface protection and aesthetics, every board goes through professional UV coating line treatment. The cured UV film forms a tight protective layer on the wood surface, which is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and anti-oxidation, effectively preventing surface wear and discoloration.
Matched with standardized export-grade packaging, the boards are neatly stacked, fixed with steel belts, wrapped with moisture-proof stretch film and equipped with corner protectors.
