Carbonized poplar wood board is poplar raw material treated with high temperature baking. It is safe and cheap for cabinets, drawers and indoor wall panels.
Our raw material is well kiln dried with light weight and fine grain. After high temperature carbonization, the extra water inside wood are removed. It will not easily shrink, swell, warp or crack when the room humidity changes all year long.
High heat kills insect eggs and mold, so the boards are naturally moisture-proof, moth-proof and anti-mildew, suitable for humid places like kitchens. Carbonized poplar wood board shows even brown color with small color difference. Its grain looks similar to oak and cherry wood, you only need thin clear paint or wood wax oil for nice finish.
We use E0 glue for jointing, low formaldehyde and no strange smell, fit for bedroom furniture and kids furniture. This wood is hard and easy to cut, drill and sand, which reduces processing waste and shipping cost.
Smooth surface is easy to paint, sizes and thickness can be customized. Widely used for drawer boards, cabinet shelves, wall moldings, decorative wall panels and craft bases. It is a cheap replacement of expensive hardwood, popular among furniture and decoration factories.
