Sandwich poplar planks are made from premium native poplar wood as its core material, with both the core and veneer using high-quality poplar raw materials known for their uniform grain and excellent toughness.

Combined with a factory-exclusive high-temperature vacuum carbonization process, internal stress in the wood is precisely eliminated, addressing the common problems of poplar wood being susceptible to moisture, mold, and warping at their source. This results in a more stable board structure and a significantly longer lifespan.

With an ultra-low moisture content of ≤6%, the boards exhibit extremely low dry and wet shrinkage. Utilizing a large-scale cold-press constant-temperature and constant-pressure composite process, unlike high-temperature hot pressing which is prone to deformation and delamination, room-temperature static high-pressure pressing allows environmentally friendly adhesives to fully penetrate the wood fibers, resulting in a tighter and more uniform bond without delamination or hollow areas.

It is less prone to warping, cracking, and deformation, ensuring uniformity in mass production.

Sandwich poplar planks feature a classic three-layer sandwich structure. The top and bottom layers are smooth and even, while the middle core is thickened and reinforced, resulting in a more balanced stress distribution. combining high-temperature carbonization and precision cold-pressing composite technology, this board balances the texture of solid wood with structural stability.
