Equipped with a full suite of woodworking machinery,including sanders, cold presses, finger-jointing machines, precision multi-blade saws, and high-frequency presses,the facility handles the entire production process, from raw material cutting and panel lamination to sanding, sizing, and finishing, while also supporting the production of customized specifications.

The finished goods warehouse spans 8,000 square meters and is located immediately adjacent to the production workshop, enabling an integrated workflow that encompasses production, quality inspection, warehousing, and container loading. This dedicated storage facility features comprehensive moisture-proofing, ventilation, and pest control measures; goods are stored on elevated racks and pallets to isolate them from ground moisture. Stable temperature and humidity levels are maintained to ensure consistent moisture content in the solid wood boards, thereby preventing warping, cracking, and mold growth. We maintain a ready stock of standard specifications to facilitate rapid shipment of small orders, while large-volume orders are consolidated in the warehouse upon completion for unified shipping arrangements, effectively shortening delivery lead times.
